YWAM

Global Missions’ partnership with YWAM (Youth With a Mission) began in the Gulf Coast in the summer of 2006. YWAM had organized an opportunity for young people to help in rebuilding. YWAM brought with them a group of dedicated missionaries who incorporated training, testimony, music, and prayer seamlessly into the mission program. They created an environment that allowed everyone (of all ages) to fully engage in the mission physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. We returned to the Gulf Coast with YWAM in 2007 and stayed with them on their base in Ensenada in 2008. We are grateful that our paths crossed back in 2006, it was the start of a partnership that has helped our teams to experience transformation deeper than they have ever known.

Youth With A Mission is an international movement of Christians from many denominations dedicated to serving Jesus throughout the world. Also known as YWAM (pronounced "WYE-wam"), our calling is to know God and to make Him known.
